Through a process of mediation and coaching you can get the necessary understanding to solve the problem.

Although coaching and mediation have different processes, they interrelate and complement each other, so within the mediation process the mediators coach, we can use some conflict coaching techniques and skills both in the phase prior to the beginning of the mediation, also during the mediation process and/or in the caucus (when individual meetings are held separately with each party).

The main advantage of combining both disciplines is that you can prepare yourself mentally, physically and emotionally to get an effective communication base that leads to successful mediation.
